Server Zabbix Server is unreachable

Hi good morning I have the intention to install a zabbix demonitorizacion to have centralized control of my servers, about 9 servers. therefore zabbix install on a PC with ubuntu server 10.04.
when entering the homepage of the zabbix server system with that message I get

What shows output of the following command?
ps -ef | grep zabbix_server
