Action based on multiple triggers with different values

Hi,

I need to create action based on two triggers for different hosts. These triggers are same but action have to executed if trigger for first host is in "PROBLEM" state and for second host is "OK".
As I understand trigger dependency is not my solution because in this case I need both triggers in "PROBLEM" state.
Also I can not invert second trigger because I need to have individual action for each trigger too.

I use Zabbix 1.8.13
