cant find notification sounds.

Hello,

Im setting up a computer that will keep open a connection with my zabbix server. When ever an alarm pops up it will start playing some sounds.
Now i want to set a several sounds or just configure them per user.

I've found a small guide how to do that but i miss this tab.

In the profile configuration should be 3 tabs: User, Media, Messaging.
I don't have the last one, its saying: Permission.

I am looking at the wrong place in zabbix im afraid but i really can't find where i should look... Can someone push me in the right direction?
