Actions disabled but i'm still getting emails

    Hi everyone,

I have a Zabbix server that have been working for 6 months. Until now, i had no issues with it. I unppluged the server from the network for 5 days, but i didn't shutdown it. Now, i plug it again and i'm getting a lot of emails about hosts that wasn't reachable.

I've deactivated all actions and triggers to try to figure out what's going on without any luck, because email keep comming.

    These are queue emails ?
If i turn off all actions, should i recive email ?

I've tried to remove one of the hosts that Zabbix reports as down even, but i'm still receving emails

As you can figure out, i'm not native, so i'm sorry by my english.

    Thank you for your time.

    Best Regards, Guido.-

    Hi Guido!

Something like that already happened with me. There is actually a queue, but not in zabbix, but on your mail server!

If you use an external server mail, like Gmail, all e-mails were not delivered due to timeout. The mail queue is in your local mail server, which is the same machine.

However, you will receive hundreds of emails telling you that the hosts returned to work, or you can change the IP in "administration / types of media." By doing this, all mail will get the status "fail".

    Good Luck!

As you can figure out, i'm not native too =D
