    Load time (front end)

OK did an initial search on hardware but did not find anything useful:

    Setup: SUSE 10
    PC: P4 2,8
    Memory: 512
    Database: MYSQL standard setup

Problem: IT dudes fell that a graph is rendered too slowly over at T1 line; I have tested on the local net, same problem.

Intro: We focus allot on automation, if there is a problem, run a script too find, isolate and repair (FIR), if not working get an IT-tech involved, works very well, but there are those that concentrate on graphs and need an up-to-date status in near runtime.

I need to configure a new system that can render Zabbix graphs very quickly and was hoping someone had a suggestion.

Summery: When I click on graph next too an item, the graph must display very quickly, I have tried too explain the difference between a native application and a web app, but it still takes +- 10 – 15 sec too load a graph.

    Any hardware or software tips?

    Keep well

    Thanks..

10-15 seconds to load a graph? Is it for a deafult (1h) period? Normally it takes 0.1-0.4 seconds on a relatively busy ZABBIX server.

What is processor load on your server? Also check schema of tables history and history_uint? Make sure MySQL is configured properly.
