How to change the default time to alert when any host is down?

Zabbix alerts when he can´t ping a host for five minutes.
I want to change this time to 30 seconds and I don´t found where I can change this value. Anyone can help me?

Please describe where is alert: in dashboard or e-mail.

Dashboard react in item configuration (frequency) and trigger expression.

E-mail notifications are sensitive in Action configuration. See what is "Default escalation period (minimum 60 seconds)" in you main Action settings, and separate in "Action operations" time for particular "Step"
