1.8 - 2.0 agent conversion

I'm trying to plan a 1.8 -> 2.0 migration.

Is there any agent compatibility? Will the 2.0 agent work with 1.8 and/or will the 1.8 agent work with 2.0?

Are there RHEL RPM's for the latest 2.0 builds somewhere?

I know for sure that the 1.8 agent will work properly with a 2.0 server, but I don't think it is supported the other way around (2.0 agent and 1.8 server).
