Windows zabbix agent don't starts

1.1beta9 agent do not starts on windows 2003 server
in the log file i get:
[10-May-2006 12:04:20] *************** Log file opened ****************
[10-May-2006 12:04:20] Unable to add performance counter "\Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time" to query: The specified object is not found on the system.

on other 2 windows 2003 servers agents with same configuration works fine

Why ?

I am having the same issue on some Win2k3 servers.
