    last(0) > last(1) not working?

    I have the following trigger in a template:

    {Template_Amazon_AWS_EC2:Instances_State_running.l ast(0)}>{Template_Amazon_AWS_EC2:Instances_State_r unning.last(1)}

    However even when I add Ec2 instances the trigger never goes off. I can graph the number of running instances and I can clearly see the graph of Instances_State_running going up..

    I tripple checked that this trigger is enabled, the only thing is these items are "zabbix trpper" items. Does that matter?

    i'd suggest to start with the trigger documentation in the manual
    Zabbix 3.0 Network Monitoring book

      Try to use .last(#1) > .last(#2). Number without #-symbol represents interval in seconds. Number with # represents first and second collected value.

      BTW: .last(0) and .last(#1) returns same value.
