Agent Secure communication?

Hi!

I wonder if someone knows if the agent traffic is encrypted or if you can encrypt it. And in that cashe witch crypto is used?

I would want to have a proxy agent send information over the internet but dont know if it's safe.

We use zabbix server 1.8.13 and the same agent version.

I do not believe that the connection between the agent and the server is encrypted.

The way to encrypt the data is through a vpn.

I Agree with mofo, you should use a vpn or.... The only thing i´ve read about that is:

But do not work with proxy and i never tested.
