IT Services in v2.0.2

Hi,

I have a zabbix server running v2.0.2. So far everything is running fine, but it seems like I can't configure the IT services. According from the menu, To configure IT services, go to: Configuration → IT services.

However, I only see blank page.

Please advise.

Same problem here. I also tried the services.php from 2.0.1 and the pre-2.0.3..

I wonder if anyone was able to make that to work?

I search around the forum and I noticed someone said they saw the blank screen with error message. In my case, I only see the blank screen but no error messages at all.

Please advise.

Interestingly, I have a clean install of Zabbix 2.0.2, and the "root" element is properly showing up.

On both my test/production Zabbix servers which are upgrades from 1.8.12, the "root" link is not visible.

The database is MySQL. Was there something in the upgrade process that was missed? (by me or the patch.sql)

Mine was upgraded from 1.8.13. Didn't see the root show up at all. and I did applied the patch.sql as I'm using the mysql database.

Old php files are causing problems, so one would have to remove everything from your zabbix/www directory, and re-copy the new frontend/php files.

That would also require a reconfiguration, or copying the previous conf/zabbix.conf.php file. I'll try it this afternoon.
