How to create zabbix action in time

Before that, I'm sorry if my english bad
I have a problem with zabbix action ..

Previously I was able to give action when trigger = 'problem'. But the problem is I can not give action when the time show an example: 09:00.

I have tried to use,
Trigger value = 'problem'
Time period in 1-7,09:00-09:10

But it does not work if no trigger is problematic
Works only when there is a problem at the time that appears
Can someone help me ..
