I write you because I'm having troubles with my zabbix escalations messages. I had configured actions about the free space and It alerts me without problems. This action has escalations but It alerts me with old information about free disk space, ie, if the problem has 10hours, zabbix will send me one message per hour but the mail says that the free disk space is the value of the first notification, I would like to know if there any way that escalation sends me the lastest information about the free disk space of these drive letter.
This is the escalation that I had configured.
Default subject: {TRIGGER.STATUS}: {TRIGGER.NAME}
Default message:
Server: {HOSTNAME}
1. Total disk space: {ITEM.VALUE1}
2. Free disk space: {ITEM.VALUE2}
