Zabbix Proxy

Hi,

I'm a little confused on the setup of a zabbix proxy. I have both installed and running, but a little unsure on the config.

Say i have the following;

Zabbix Server with an external IP: 123.123.123.123.
Zabbix Proxy inside a network where the external IP changes.

On the server i've gone to DM and added the Proxy, i can that the last seen is now filled in meaning the proxy is talking to the server.

Now when added a host that's on the proxy, what do i put for the ip or dns?

Is that the internal IP of the host?

So installing an agent that will point to a proxy that points to a zabbix server.

Zabbix Server Name: Would this be the hostname of the server i'm installing on agent on that needs to match up with the host on the front end?
Agent Port: 10050
Remote Command: Disabled
Active Server: Would this also be the proxy?
