Got a slight problem with the messaging
1) seems like a single <cr> in the template doesn't turn in to a <cr> in out look
2) the biggie I have been trying to use {TRIGGER.DESCRIPTION} in the message, as I am putting stuff in there for the help desk to understand what the issue is. But this is not being resolved
and the message has just {TRIGGER.DESCRIPTION} in it
