I just Install Zabbix 2.0.2 and need to know how to make it send notification mails every 5 Minutes when trigger status change . From where i can do it .

Not sure if I understand you right.
If you want a message to be send every 5 minutes as long as the trigger is in problem status, then edit the action operation and set:
From = 1
To = 0
Step duration = 300
