jmx check: 70% mp PS Old Gen used on

I see in the JMX Template the check:

'70% mp PS Old Gen used on'

our current application often triggers that check.
How do you usually resolve the issue?

This work only with Zabbix 2.0 or more
when you use Zabbix 1.8 , you don't have a choice , you need to use check_jmx
