Newby Having Problems Monitoring Cisco Switches

I am trying to monitor a Cisco Catalyst 3750 48 port and a Cisco SG 300-52 52-Port switch using SNMP but am not having any luck.

I am successful with one SG 300-52 52-Port switch and I have verified the SNMP community names, settings, etc. are correct.

The switches can ping the Zabbix server.

I cloned idf-a-52-1 (the one that works) for the other two so I have no idea why it isn't working...

Any ideas what to check next?
I am running the 2.0 Appliance.

Also, is there a generic Cisco switch template? I am just using the SNMP device one now. I am new to Zabbix and know very little Linux but appreciate any replies.

    I can ping from the Zabbix server to idf-b-48p-3 (10.14.0.16) but using the command "snmpwalk -v 1 -c public 10.14.0.16" and "snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 10.14.0.16"

I get "Tiimeout: No Response from 10.14.0.16"

I was able to get one of the switches to be recognized by entering the following command on it:
      snmp-server host 10.9.3.116 version 1 public udp-port 161

I think I have a route issue with the other one but I'll try to add another switch and see how it goes.
