    Zabbix server is not running

    Hi,
    I hope you are well,
    I have need your help. recently i have installed zabbix1.8.15 , then , zabbix agent is running properly, i have restart agent it's working fine. but i am trying to start or restart zabbix server service it's not starting. this msg i am getting. Please help me .
    [root@biserver zabbix]# /etc/init.d/zabbix_server restart
    [root@biserver zabbix]# /etc/init.d/zabbix_agentd restart
    Stopping Zabbix Agent: [ OK ]
    Starting Zabbix Agent: [ OK ]

    Are there errors written to the log file (e.g. /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log)?

    What is the output if you start the server process manually?

    zabbix_server -c /etc/zabbix/zabbix_server.conf

        Zabbix server is not running

        Zabbix server has started, when i have start manually, but after restart server it's not able to connect with database.
        I am getting this msg when start manually :
