    1trigger, 2 actions (2 different time periods)

Let me first state that as a relatively new user of Zabbix, I greatly appreciate the open forums and the willingness of all to share knowledge.

I need to set up email notifications of alarms set off during two different time periods by one trigger.

So far I've created 1 action set to time period 0600-2359. Email notification to be sent to [email protected].

The 2nd action is set to time period 0000-0559. Email notification to be sent to [email protected].

[email protected] is monitored by several members of the team though out the day via regularly scheduled email syncs on a variety of devices

[email protected] is manually checked by members of the team who are on call at 0606 each morning.

A specific user was created for each: daytime & nighttime with their respective emails and time period.

My issue is that this system worked great until we changed some real "human" users and added more users when we deemed the setup appropriate to launch into full service.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to resolving the situation or directing me to some information. I have a theory that there may be something connected regarding ownership but I have not been able to figure out where the issue might be.

I thank everyone in advance for their input.

Nice to hear that things did work when you set it up!
Now what exactly have you changed, and in what manner does it no longer work as expected?

Looks like it's possibly an issue in your mail distribution, not zabbix.

    Greetings, Jerry
