I want to set a actions together with ecalation. I want to create a 5 steps.
1 - immediately
2 - 3 - notification every 1h
4 - if problem exist over than 5h
5 - if problem exist over than 10h
Steps settings:
1) immediately
2-3) in action "default operation step duration" I set to 3600, I get two notification e.g 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm
4) I want to set nofication after 10h so I put in step duration "18000s", but then in steps 2-3 "start in" is changing to "05:00:00".
Is it possible to set it up in 5 steps or I must count the step where I'll have a notification after 10 hours?
