{ITEM.NAME} on 2.0.3

After updating from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3, {ITEM.NAME} is not correct.

I'm using {ITEM.NAME} macro at action and it send a alert mail to me.

But all {ITEM.NAME} values are strange.

Item Name: 10119
Item Name: 10084
....

What's the problem?
