I have the following issue.
I have an action with a time period "Time period in "1-5,07:00-21:00" configured.
This is working fine for me; a problem (line down) started on thursday at 19:50 and generated an SMS (as expected). Next thing was to acknowledge the problem at 20:15 to prevent escalations.
The next night (friday at 2:04) the problem was solved (line up).
This caused the action to send out an SMS.
Is there a way to make sure recovery alerts are not sended outside the time periods?
