E-mail notifications

I am looking for some help on e-mail notifications from certain triggers (but not all of them).

I have set the media types to use my e-mail server and also set the admin user admin to use this media. But this bombards me every signle trigger we have and wether it's ok or not.

What I want to be able to do is only send alerts for certain triggers.

As I have understood by reading the manual, you can set individual trigger alerts by using the Action setting under Configuration. I have set this up thinking that it might limit the alerts that I get but it does not.

Is there anyone that can tell me if I'm missing anything?

Could you post a screenshot of how you currently have all the sections of your action setup? That would help to be able to see where any problems are with the config (if there are any).
