    Issue acknowloegde and emails

    Hi,

    I am using zabbix 2.0.2 . When there is an issue, we get emails and if the issue gets resolved then we get OK emails. But if this issue is repeating we get flooded by emails. So is there any way, if the issue is acknowledged we don't get any further emails for this issue or service?

    One can set a condition for a step that depends on event acknowlede status.
    See Escalations (Example 3)
