how to edit items from a host.snmp template

Hi, I'm wondering how can I edit an item if the host is made from a template like host.snmp. Let's say I want to change the "monitor as to delta speed" for a cisco router but when I click the item, host.snmp is the one that is clickable. I can't change some parameters on the items. I'll appreciate any help. TIA!

imho, you must create separate item only for this host and edit this
and disable item created by template
