Url with hyperlink on Trigger Comments

Hi,

Im trying to enable hyperlink inside Trigger Comment but it's not working.

My goal:
Insert a url hyperlink pointing to my wiki page, that explain in detail the trigger to my students.

What i've tried:
With no sucess, to change column type on MySQL zabbix database.
Inserted some php codes inside MySQl with no sucess either.

Result:
The url shows fine, but no hyperlinks.

I really apreciate some help.
