Nanosecond support after 1.8 -> 2.0

Hello!

I'm going to migrate our zabbix server from 1.8 to 2.0. But I've noticed this:
"Zabbix 2.0 supports nanosecond resolution for historical data. If you are migrating from 1.8.x the option will be off by default. It is on for fresh setups".
This quote from official release notes http://www.zabbix.com/rn2.0.0.php.

Is there any way to turn it on after migration?
Or it's just copy-paste typo?
