Discovery option using a filter string

Hi all. I'm a newbie on using Zabbix. I'm playing with the Discovery option and, til now, I was able to add all the hosts on a particular subnet. What I wish to do is to add hosts only if they starts with a particular string, or if they contain this string inside the hostname. Is this possible?
