Zabbix 1.8.4 help with availability reports please!

    Hello,

I got hired in this new place where they use zabbix as their monitoring tool. They are currently asking me to setup a report in which we can see certain metrics such as CPU and RAM % use during the last month to show as a SLA report. The way the report shows today is under the "Reports" tab, where they have a tab called "name of the company" which is customized and has some parameters they added. I don't see any place where I can edit that report to include the new metrics, can this be done through the GUI? I also don't see a place where I can create my own report for testing purposes. I have been reading the documentation but unfortunately they may want to see some progress soon.

Any advice on where I can look? I don't have CLI access to the monitoring server yet.

    thanks in advance.

Reports are only created in the GUI under the Reports section, so CLI access wont help you (unless they have custom tools). It sounds like that they have created a custom page under that section because it is not currently possible to save reports other than by copying and pasting a URL. Unfortunately, I don't have much experience with reports, so I won't be able to help you actually create what you're looking for. I'd highly suggest the Zabbix 1.8 Network Monitoring book available on Amazon. It has a section dedicated to reports.
