I would like to add a item that would compare system times against a known standard. We use NTP on our Linux hosts but most of the systems being monitored are Windows. The Windows clients should be synchronized to the Domain Controller which should them be synchronized to an NTP source. I want to validate that everything is working as it should be. My best configuration would be to get a master time from an NTP server directly in Zabbix and then use this to validate the times returned by the agents. Next best would be using the Zabbix server host as the master time.
