map hostname but not status

Hello,

simple question not sure if this is possible.

but i would like to display the device hostname but not the status e.g. 2 Problems.

I would like to colour code the device when there is a problem, which i can do.

I have made a map of a rack and because the spacing is tight there simply is no room for the status.

Any help would be great.
