Integration with ConnectWise

I am new to Zabbix. We are currently using ConnectWise and we are looking at adding Zabbix to our environment. Has anyone integrated the two systems for automatic ticket generation? If so I would be interested in finding out what is required to complete this task, or better yet if there is a guide out there that would be great.

You will need to look into actions:

Most ticket systems can create ticket from mails or have some command interface (script?) you can start from zabbix actions - e.g.:

(I use mails to integrate to a CA ticket system).

Better late than never... Moved jobs after 10 years at last one and the new one uses Connectwise so its an itch that got scratched.
