Zabbix application/item/hostgroup/etc.. naming schemes?
Hi,
I'm working on the design for a new Zabbix installation to replace our current one, and am working on coming up with naming schemes for templates, applications, items, triggers, and discovery rules.
I'm looking to establish consistency on day 1 so that all future additions are logical, and intuitive.
Do any of you have naming schemes for these things that works well?
I've got some ideas, but am curious if there are any recommended standards to follow, or good suggestions.
