Send only a few SMS (ej 5 sms)

Sometimes if the network of Zabbix Falldown, a lot of triggers and actions get up, and send a lot of SMS...

How I can say to Zabbix that it only send a few SMS, and then STOP sending for another SMS alerts?

Then we can reduce the cost of SMS...
