Hello,
i'm using zabbix 1.0 for quite some time.
Never had problems with it but since a week or something i have troubles with e-mails.
when something is triggered, the alarm (e-mail- is "not sent".
The configuration on my exchange server is still the same (address of zabbix is relaying allowed) and i can't see anything in my exchange log files.
Where can i check on zabbix how it handles the alarms and why it's not possible to send these e-mails ?
in zabbix_suckerd.log i can find:
Error receiving answer on RCPT TO request.
(how can i exactly see what that error is ??)
...not resolved...
the problem is appearantly the group on exchange server.
i mail to a group and in that group are 4 users.
this always worked, but now not more.
if i change the e-mail address in zabbix to mine (no group, but user), then it works.
if i mail with a telnet command from zabbix command line, it also works to the group so there must be a reason why zabbix can't mail to a group, but the strange thing is that it always worked before...
thnx,
Verus.
