permission for guest

Hi

I want to stop the guest account from having rights to update (ACK) triggers.

or

I want to be able to limit rights based upon ip address (& maybe if they are logged in).

so my zabbix is currently only available in my intranet. I want to publish it to the internet .. so I don't have to vpn in to ack triggers.

is it possible

i think you must only set it to only read-permission

I currently have guest as read only .. yet it can still ack triggers

Are you sure? Read only gives read only permissions, unless it's a bug.
Create a new test user and double check all the permissions.
