Check open port on serwer A from other B

Hi,
I would like to monitor the open port 80, 81 and 82 on my servers (about 300 servers) from the outside (from zabbix server machine). If I need 900 items, eg: net.tcp.port[<IP>,80] and 900 triggers ? so is a different, simpler solution ?
I can't create this item on each servers separately, beceuse i don't check if firewall working properly

I have 1.8.16 zabbix server version

1 - Include each server in zabbix (use the "clone" button to speed up the process of creation)

2 - Create a template with those 3 itens and 3 triggers you need

3 - Apply the template to all servers selecting all servers in the "host" pane, selecting "Mass Update" in the drop list and, finally linking the created template from step 2.

But what I have to type at parametr <IP> in net.tcp.port[<IP>,80] ? I would like to monitoring this serwer at DMZ IP network, no at local host, so I cant't type 127.0.0.1 at <IP>.
