I have a zabbix monitoring system all running fine till now monitoring appr. 50 machines. However in a specific Windows host, "Template_Windows:Low free disk space on {HOSTNAME} volume c:" trigger does not produce actions when fired (my default action is to send email notification). I created a new custom trigger (not the template one) through cloning the template one, but neither this fires action. The host is listed as monitored in Configuration --> Hosts.
All other zabbix infrastructure works fine Media types and users are configured correctly.
Trigger is enabled for the specific host and severity is above threshold for taking action.
The issue is listed under issues section in Dashboard, however there is no action listed (-) and no email is sent.
Any recommendation of how I can debug the above issue?
