Sms Problems and Question

Im trying to get Zabbix sms notifications working:

It's a suse 9.3 server with a gsm modem on /dev/ttys0

Gnokii is also on the server , when I su to user zabbix and send a manual sms via Gnokii it reaches my phone but when zabbix send out a sms via a media type created on /dev/ttys0 and my phone number to send it too the zabbix logs just shows the following :

Any ideas what could still be wrong ?

What brand?

I am interested in configuring SMS alerts in Zabbix 1.1. What brand of gsm modem are you using, and do you know if it is 'officially' supported by Zabbix?

Its a Wavecom Gsm Modem

[den_crane]

Wavecom Gsm Modem require speed only 115200.

In
/src/libs/zbxsms/sms.c
options.c_cflag = B38400 | CRTSCTS | CS8 | CLOCAL | CREAD;
change by
options.c_cflag = B115200 | CRTSCTS | CS8 | CLOCAL | CREAD;

and sms work.
