Mail sending monitoring to external domain on exchange

Hi

sometime our exchange didn't send an email to external domain but it's works fine for internal domain.

I want to check it with zabbix......can somebody guide me that how i can do that.......


In other words, we can say like this:how to check that local exchange user/account can send mail to gmail address with zabbix, if it is successful then no further action needed but if it will fail then generate a trigger.
