2.0.5-1 Proxy wont install with Server already installed, details supplied, help!

I did the following, after a long install on the web/server/agent

    sudo dpkg -i zabbix-proxy-mysql_2.0.5-1_amd64.deb

    dpkg: regarding zabbix-proxy-mysql_2.0.5-1_amd64.deb containing zabbix-proxy-mysql:

    zabbix-proxy-mysql conflicts with zabbix-server-mysql
zabbix-server-mysql (version 1:2.0.5-1) is present and installed.
    dpkg: error processing zabbix-proxy-mysql_2.0.5-1_amd64.deb (--install):
conflicting packages - not installing zabbix-proxy-mysql

    Errors were encountered while processing:
    zabbix-proxy-mysql_2.0.5-1_amd64.deb

Nothing helps to solve this, any suggestions?

It is not normally needed (and not easily possible) to run proxy and server on the same machine. The proxy is normally installed on a machine in a remote location (for example behind a WAN link or in a secure subnet) that collects data from it's neighbors and sends them to a Zabbix server.
