Multiple items in single Action ?

Hello, have any body have action that sends total disk space and left disk space if it' is less than 1% ? I cannot figure out how to send total/remaining disk space - when trigger is less than 1%

You more than likely want to set the combo box for the conditions operator to "and/or".
