User generated action and manual refresh/poll

Dear all,

I have been trying Zabbix for several days now, and I have 2 questions :

1) Is it possible to have a button or a link that starts a 3rd party application (with hostname as parameter for example) ? I thought about actions but it seems they can't be manually generated

2) Is it possible to force a refresh on specific nodes/all nodes ?
