Modify Server ListenPort Range

Hello Zabbix,

How do I change the server listen port range? I’m running Zabbix version 2.0.4 and I need to use port 42103 to monitor a few active agent host. This is the only port available to me from the client side.

NATing was the answer.

I worked it out. I configured the zabbbix agentd for the port I needed and NATed at the router. Zabbix_sender gave me a problem too. I was using
the –c in my command line in my scripts. I had to replace this with
the –z for IP and –p for 42103.

Works great!
