Can float data type monitor the partition over TB?

As the subject serve it's purpose. Can i monitor the partition of over 2 TB with the Zabbix? Because I am getting error of not supported data type!

Could you post a screenshot of the item configuration page for your item? Zabbix should have any problems with a 2TB partition. this sounds like a configuration issue.

... and zabbix agent version and OS - there have been some bugs with this in some versions.
