    Network interface discovery not working

    Hello.

    I have zabbix-agent on Debian 6. It sends statistics to server, but there is no items, created by Network interface discovery / Mounted filesystem discovery. zabbix_get -s 192.168.1.1 -k net.if.in[eth1] works OK.

    From what should I start solving this problem? Google shows a lot of posts about network discovery, but not about interface discovery...

      What version of Zabbix are you using. Discovery is only supported in 2.0 agents. are your agents 2.0?

          You are absolutely right! Debian is so stable, that it has 1.8.2 in repo. Downloading 2.0.5 solved the problem.
