status "not sent" in actions, even if mail is really sent (zabbix 1.1)

Hi,

my trigger works, e-mail is sent to an e-mail group and it works.
all recipients in the group get the e-mail from zabbix 1.1 but the status remains "not sent".

any idea ?

i think, zabbix set status to "sent" when it realy sent message for all recipients so much times as mentioned in "repeats".

How much repeats you set?

Do you have any errors in mail log?

10 repeats, but in my tests, i trigger on/off as soon as i get an email.

i will test it without repeats and see what it does.
and what do you mean with mail log ?
is there another log on zabbix than zabbix_server.log in /tmp/ ?

imho, status will be set to "sent" when this message will be sent 10 times.

and what do you mean with mail log ?

maybe you have errors in mail log (usually /var/log/maillog
but if you haven't any errors in "History of Actions" -- it's not actually..

is there another log on zabbix than zabbix_server.log in /tmp/ ?

for zabbix_server -- no
but you can set DebugLevel=4 (all debugging information)
