Cannot get SNMPv3 Item Setup Correctly

Hi All,

I've been very successful setting up SNMPv1 items and they work great. I have 2 gigabit ports that were not reading correctly so we setup v1 and v3 and I have v3 for testing until I get it working properly.

So far I believe it is setup correctly, but I am getting status as "Not Supported" error: unknown user name.

I performed a "show community name" and got the security name. I tried using the same same as the passphrase since it is the community string as well, but still getting unknown user name.

Any light shed on this would be great.

same issue here
zabbix 6.0.2 -snmpv3 - to cisco 9300.
the SNMP icon is GREEN light but getting "cannot connect to <X.X.X.X>:.Unknow user name"
I have duble check the user and password as wekk the protocols.

Please assist
