Off shift email notification queue

I have Zabbix 2.0.5 installed and configured. Notification set to "email problems" to group's email. Group's email set to be active from 8am till 8pm. So, no email goes out after 8pm till 8am. This part is working great except nobody get notified if "problem" detected off hours. Previously worked with opennms configured on the same way and I got all nightly events notifications at 8am, as soon as shift becomes active. Can Zabbix be configured this way? Thanks!

No, you can't do this in Zabbix now.
But you can write a script handler that will send you a notification in the morning (get triggers from Zabbix, DB or API).
